Past Projects
Discover the reasons that make us the preferred choice for expert septic system services.

Prestwick Village Estates – Highland, MI
Led a complete replacement of two failing recirculating sand filter systems with advanced “packed bed” filter systems. Managed all phases—from biomat mitigation and soil/site analysis to simultaneous system design and construction oversight. Integrated a web-based flow monitoring system and repurposed existing infrastructure for cost efficiency.
Robin Hills Farm – Chelsea, MI
Designed and implemented an innovative decentralized wastewater treatment system for a high-traffic agri-tourism facility. Engineered solutions for domestic and high-strength wastewater using a STEP collection system, flow equalization, zone-specific treatment, and soil oxygenation techniques.

Caribou Creek Estates – White Lake, MI
Diagnosed and resolved a two-cell RSF system failure without system replacement. Introduced supplemental aeration to correct anaerobic sludge formation, saving approximately $300,000 in potential replacement costs.

West Pac Campus Housing – Mackinac Island, MI
Provided subcontracted consulting on soil chemistry, biology, and physics for wastewater dispersal. Advised project architects and engineers on navigating Michigan’s regulatory framework for onsite wastewater treatment.

Residential System Design – Various Locations
Specialize in designing onsite systems for challenging site conditions, including high water tables and slow-draining soils. Apply advanced pre-treatment and dispersal techniques tailored to individual property constraints.

Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ)
Reviewed and approved over 100 commercial/community onsite wastewater systems during tenure. Systems commonly featured aerobic or packed bed pre-treatment prior to soil dispersal.

Hartland Consolidated Schools – Brighton Twp., MI
Designed and commissioned a 10,000 GPD shared septic system for two schools. Delivered the full project from feasibility to startup in under two months, addressing an urgent public health need before the school year commenced.

Southeast Michigan – Ongoing O&M
Conducted annual operation and maintenance inspections for approximately 100 advanced treatment systems, ensuring sustained performance across residential and commercial properties.

Innovation & Patents
Developed several proprietary techniques for restoring failed wastewater treatment and dispersal systems. Holder of two active provisional U.S. patents addressing anaerobic upset prevention in onsite wastewater systems.
